It’s important to keep on top of developments in social media marketing – new trends are constantly emerging. Whether you’re a complete novice, or already fairly active, these are some of the ways in which I can help:

> strategic planning – identifying who you want to target and why, deciding which are the most appropriate platforms to use (eg Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc), planning how to use them most effectively, and drawing up a schedule for ongoing activity

> getting set up – if you’re new to social media, the initial set-up can be a bit daunting, so I can help with that – and I can also help to ensure that a consistent brand is used across different platforms

> developing new ideas – I keep tabs on the shifting world of social media marketing, so I’m in a good position to help come up with new ways of using social media that you might not have come across before

> ongoing management – if you don’t have time to carry out all of your social media marketing activity yourself, I can manage elements of it for you, to an agreed plan
